French Marans

Our Marans are of the French Variety with feathering on the legs. This feathering can be heavy to light and we should be able to fill your wants depending on your personal preference.

Our Marans produce Blue, Blue Copper, Black, Black Copper and Splash.

The Black Maran Hens produce the darkest eggs, followed by the Blue, then Splash.

Marans are excellent layers and extremely friendly chickens including all our Roosters! Marans do well in both heat and cold climates making them excellent for Texas every changing weather.
